Feals is a new, modern wellness brand delivering thoughtful, hemp-based CBD products designed to keep your head clear and help you feel your best. Feals's mission is to provide a simple, healthy, better way to feel better.

Always Put Members First

In order to adjust or cancel a subscription, members have to pick up the phone between 10 am EST and 6 pm EST. This is unfortunately common practice among many companies that offer subscription products or services.

The new Membership Control flow is designed to give power to members to take 100% control of their subscriptions. Feals sends a notification email to all members 3 days before every single shipment to make sure that members still want or need their items (not after it's been shipped). From there, members can delay, change shipment's frequency, update items or cancel a membership without talking to the customer care person or visiting the website.

We launched an A/B test for the landing page to further understand the best way to optimize the flow. Here are the options members see when they want to update or change their subscriptions. 

Test 1 - Account Management: Show account information with links to edit subscription details.

Test 2 - Self-Service: Simulate customer service with a Self-Service landing experience. Make a copy and messaging more human and conversational.
